Changing your Password
Step 1. Log on to CarbonLogic mail at this address https://mail.carbonlogic.com
Step 2. At the login screen, enter your current Username and Password.
Step 3. Click the "Options" tab at the top of the screen.
Step 4. On the right pane, enter your current Password at the top, and your new Password twice (to confirm) below it.
These are the requirements for your password:
- Must be minimum of 9 characters
- Must contain at least one Uppercase letter
- Must contain at least one lowercase letter
- Must contain at least one number
- Must contain at least one symbol
Step 5. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen, and you're done!
Setting up Password recovery
You can also setup a Password recovery feature (with secret questions) within webmail
Step 1. Click the "Options" tab at the top of the screen.
Step 2. Click the "Account Settings" link on the left.
Step 3. On the right pane, under Password Recovery, check the checkbox "Enable Password Recovery".
Step 4. Enter two Secret Questions and their respective answers.
Step 5. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen, and you're done!
