Step 1. Select the 'File' menu in the upper-left hand corner of Outlook.
Step 2. Click on the 'Add Account' button.
Step 3. You will be prompted for your email address. Enter your full email address
in the text area.
Your full email address is your username which was given to you, followed by your domain name, as the example shows.
Click the 'Connect' button when you are finished.
Step 4. You will now be prompted for account password. Enter the password provided to you by CarbonLogic.
Make sure you check the Caps Lock is not enabled when typing your password.
Again click 'Connect' when you are finished entering your password.
Step 5. You may be prompted with a dialog box (below) asking you to re-enter your credentials.
If this is the case, then either your login or password are incorrect.
First try re-entering your password. You can copy and paste your password directly in to the text box. Click 'OK' when finished.
If you are sure that you entered your credentials correctly and still cannot progress any further, please contact CarbonLogic support.
Step 6. If you entered your login credentials correctly, you will get a message saying 'Account successfully added'.
That's it! Your new email account has been set up in Outlook and is ready to use.
Click 'Done' to start using your new email account.
